German Pellets: four creditors' meetings in early July

In the ongoing insolvency proceedings concerning German Pellets, the district court of Schwerin has convened the four creditors' meetings for 5, 6, 7 and 8 July. In each case the meetings will be held in the sport and congress hall in Schwerin. This means the creditors' meetings are in fact taking place much earlier than expected. The original dates under consideration were in September.

Summoned on 5 July are the creditors with 7.25% bearer bond 2011/2016 and on 6 July creditors with 7.25% bearer bond 2013/2018. On 7 and 8 July meetings of creditors with 7.25% bearer bond 2014/2019 and subsequently with 8% profit par-ticipation certificates will follow.
Apart from a short report by insolvency administrator Bettina Schmudde on the subject of the ongoing proceedings, the only other important subject on the agenda is the election of a common representative. In order to facilitate and speed up investigation of attendance and voting rights, bondholders will be requested to register their intention to attend the creditors' meeting and to make use of their voting rights with STP Solution GmbH in Karlsruhe at the latest by 30 June.
