The Swedish MDF producer Karlit as well as the furniture and furniture-component manufacturers Kadax Produktion and Dax Door Produktion all applied for a court rescue process under Swedish law ("Företagsrekonstruktion"). The companies Karlit Group Holding, Furusnickerier i Järvsö and Furuspecialen i Nyköping are not directly affected by the measure. The rescue process runs for at least three months and can be extended upon application to up to one year, during which period interest and redemption payments are for the time being suspended. The administrator and is currently making efforts to find a continuation solution for the three companies. In that connection he has already started talks with potentially interested parties.
