Finnish plywood production continues at a relatively stable level. In five of the last six quarters the production volume was a good 300,000 m³; the fourth quarter of 2017 was even better at 330,000 m³. According to the FFIF statistics updated at the beginning of August, around 310,000 m³ were produced in the second quarter. The previous year's figure was thus exceeded by 3.8 %. There were only minor changes compared to the first quarter. According to the FFIF statistics, the cumulative production volume for the first half of the year amounts to 630,000 m³.
