04.12.2020 −

BSW Timber Group is taking over Dick Brothers Forestry from the investment company Faro Capital. According to a release issued by BSW Timber on 12 November, the company will be integrated into the forestry division Tilhill Forestry, which itself had been taken over from UPM-Kymmene in August 2016. The acquisition of BSW Timber Group by Endless was announced in February this year. BSW Timber has an annual output of roughly 1.2m m³ of sawn softwood at six British and one Latvian facility. The subsidiary Alvic Plastics is geared to producing WPC.
