UPM-Kymmene has sold its subsidiary Myllykoski's 30% stake in the forestry firm Harvestia to Vapo and Powerflute. Powerflute says it bought 15% in Harvestia from UPM for a consideration for €1.4m, raising its total shareholding in the company to 45%. The same is true for Vapo, which had previously also owned 30% in Harvestia and has now increased its stake to 45%. The remaining 10% are held by Harvestia management.
