In the third quarter of this year, the Finnish forestry-machinery manufacturer Ponsse was unable to show the desired growth in order receipts. At €62.5m, the order book as at 30 September 2012 was on the one hand significantly lower year on year and on the other hand had not recovered to the desired extent from the low level of only €56m shown at the end of the second quarter of 2012. Order receipts for each of the first three quarters of this year were considerably lower than those of the previous year.
