Klenk Holz is launching a new search for investors and has taken Dr Hans Peter Döhmen, the new chief restructuring officer (CRO), on board for this purpose. The declared aim of the procedure is to find a buyer in the framework of a share deal entailing the takeover the company as a whole and assuring its survival. Döhmen succeeds Klenk’s previous CRO, Andreas Maquet of the auditing and consulting firm Rölfs RP Management Consultants. The decision on which consulting firm will perform the forthcoming process of recruiting investors (M&A) is scheduled for the next few days. The company has not yet set a specific deadline for completion of the process.
