Two management changes in IMA Schelling Group

02.07.2018 −

Bernhard Berger, Managing Director of the machine and plant manufacturer IMA Klessmann GmbH since the merger of IMA and Schelling to form the IMA Schelling Group in September 2015, left the company at the end of June. As a result, the IMA management board was reduced again from three to two persons. The company will in future be managed by Andreas Rinke and Andreas Bischoff. Rinke was appointed Technical Director in June 2015. Bischoff has been working for the IMA Group since 1999. Since his appointment to the management board on March 1, 2017, he has been responsible for sales, plant construction, inquiry and order management.

Wolfgang Rohner also retired from the management of the dividing saw manufacturer Schelling Anlagenbau GmbH on June 30 to concentrate on managing the IMA Schelling Group. The management of Schelling and the superordinate SAB Holding thus consists of Stefan Gritsch and Christoph Geiger. Gritsch continues to be Rohner's managing partner of both Schelling companies. Geiger was appointed to the Schelling management in April 2018. He was previously Managing Director of the Austrian Erne Fittings GmbH from June 2008.
