Jordan acquires Dutch wholesale trader Viehoff

19.11.2021 −

On 6 October, W. & L. Jordan acquired Dutch trading company Viehoff Fournituren with retroactive effect from the beginning of the year. Viehoff employs 20 persons and primarily sells floor coverings such as parquet, laminate flooring and luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) as well as construction chemical products and tools for laying flooring. The brand portfolio comprises brands such as Meister, Aspecta and Schönox. The business is to be continued in full and gradually be expanded to include the product range of Jordan‘s own brand - Joka - as well as to offer various services. Dennis Viehoff will remain responsible for the management in Heerhugowaard.

With the acquisition of Viehoff, Jordan is taking a further expansion step shortly after opening its first branch in the Netherlands. The Joka branch in Hengelo, located in the east of the country, has been in operation since September. The Viehoff site in Heerhugowaard is located in the western province of North Holland.
