German W. & L. Jordan is to purchase the timber merchant Hans Dunklau. The company said that the transaction is to take effect on 1 September. Dunklau will be renamed W. & L. Jordan, headquartered at a branch in Herford-Bünde, Germany, as part of the transaction. Jordan’s employee Dirk Grebe will manage this branch in the future. All 20 Dunklau employees will be retained by Jordan, including its two managing directors up until now Hans-Ulrich Dunklau and Anette Dunklau. Hans-Ulrich Dunklau will still mainly be responsible for purchasing board, while his sister will be in charge of flooring and doors.
