Alno records significant increases compared to Q1

In the second quarter Alno significantly increased group turnover in comparison to the first three months, according to preliminary figures published on 22 July. Alno, together with AFP Küchen, acquired by Alno through a deal concluded on 25 March, generated turnover of €139.6m in the period from April to June. This corresponds to an increase of 14.0% on the amount of €122.5m recorded for the first quarter. For the entire first half year, turnover amounted to €262.2m.

Alno’s turnover generated with the Alno, Wellmann, Impuls and Pino segments was €100.9m, representing a 4.2% increase on the figure of €96.8m recorded in the first quarter. This results in turnover of €197.7m for the first half year which, however, was not indicated in the statement issued by Alno. In the first half of 2013, Alno’s turnover fell by 14.9% to €196.5m. AFP turnover increased by 50.6% from €25.7m in the first quarter to €38.7m in the second quarter. Alno did not give any indication of the reason for this considerable increase in the statement.
