The Finnish company UPM-Kymmene Corp. of Helsinki has sold its subsidiary Myllykoski Oy’s 30% stake in the forestry firm Harvestia Oy of Vantaa to the similarly Finnish companies Vapo Oy of Jyväskylä and Powerflute Oy of Kuopio.
