MCA Group acquires 50% stake in Croatian supplier Contorte

MCA Group (Schieder-Schwalenberg) has acquired a 50% shareholding in its long-standing supplier Contorte d.o.o. (Durdenovac, Croatia). The contracts were signed in Zagreb in June 2023. Contorte specialises in semi-solid cabinet furniture and generates turnover of around €25m with 240 employees.
