EWK Umwelttechnik merged into Valmet

Almost one and a half years after the acquisition of all the shares in EWK Umwelttechnik GmbH of Kaiserslautern, Germany, completed by Valmet Oy of Espoo, Finland, on 1 July 2021, the company was merged into Valmet GmbH of Darmstadt, Germany, with effect from 5 December 2022.
