Dürr AG, based in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, intends to sell a 85% stake in Dürr Ecoclean to the Chinese engineering firm Shenyang Blue Silver Group (SBS Group), headquartered in Shenyang in Liaoning Province, according to a statement released back on 8 August 2016.
