After delays in the project planning and construction, the Cuxhaven biomass-fired cogen plant of Holzheizkraftwerke Cuxhaven Anlagengesellschaft mbH & Co.KG of Cuxhaven, Germany, is to make the transition to regular operation in the first half-year 2024. Initial tests of the facilities began on 21 August.
