The US flooring group Mannington has continued to expand its LVT activities by taking over the British LVT manufacturer Amtico. Amtico is geared mainly to high-quality floor coverings for the large-scale project segment. The sellers were the private-equity companies AAC Capital UK LLP, Electra Private Equity and the Amtico management.
