Domotex 2012, which ended yesterday in Hannover, has attracted around 45,000 visitors, according to preliminary information from the organiser Deutsche Messe AG. Visitor numbers had initially been estimated at 40,000 in the post-show report for last year’s Domotex. However, this figure was later revised to 37,054, of whom 13,414 came from Germany and 23,640 from abroad, by the Auma statistics for Domotex 2011. With 1,371 exhibitors, this year’s Domotex attracted the same number of companies as the 2010 event and 4% more than last year’s show, Deutsche Messe reports.
