Production of EPAL pallets increased by 2.4

In the 2019 around 96.2 million load carriers were produced worldwide under EPAL licence, 2.4 % more than in the previous year. A separate analysis of production and repair shows that the number of repairs declined slightly last year. According to this, 26.8 million EPAL load carriers were repaired in the previous year; in 2018 the figure was 27.5 million, a drop of 2.5 %. In total, 123.0 million EPAL charge carriers were produced or repaired, which corresponds to an overall increase of 1.3 %.
