The Federal Cartel Office in Bonn issued approval on 16 June for Auctus Capital Partners’s acquisition of a stake in Häussermann group. The examination required under competition law was filed for by Auctus and Häussermann on 20 May. The examination covered the Häussermann group, active in wood processing, and the Häussermann property group. The Häussermann group comprises the planing works Häussermann, the furniture supply business and skirting manufacturer Maier Holztec, the skirting and WPC manufacturer Kosche, the Austrian sawmill and thermally-modified timber works Mirako, and the fuelwood supplier Kambio.
