EPAL CEO Leibrandt resigned on 30 June

Following a decision by the Board and the General Assembly, Martin Leibrandt was dismissed as CEO of the European Pallet Association (EPAL) on 30 June. At the same time, Leibrandt also handed over the management of the Gütegemeinschaft Paletten (GPAL). Leibrandt joined GPAL in July 2010; he was appointed head of EPAL in December 2011.

Until a successor is appointed, EPAL President Robert Holliger, Vice President Dirk Hoferer and Deputy CEO Claudia Töller will take over the management of EPAL. Sabine Dresbach and Suzane Giurlando will lead the GPAL on an interim basis.
