Adcuram Group is selling its stakes in the prefabricated-house manufacturers Bien-Zenker and its subsidiary Living Fertighaus as well as Hanse Haus to Equistone Partners Europe as part of a share deal. According to a release published by Adcuram and Equistone on 4 December, the transaction is scheduled for conclusion during the course of the first quarter of 2018. No details have been disclosed about the purchase prices.
Stefan Maser, a partner in Equistone, announced the intention to continue the prefabricated-house group’s current strategy with the existing management of the three companies. The management of Bien-Zenker and Living Fertighaus is currently in the hands of Michael Belschak, Jürgen Hauser, and Marcus D’Agostino. Belschak is also active in the management of Hanse Haus alongside Marco Hammer.
