Since the beginning of December, Nicholas Dottino has been new CEO of Estonian pellet producer Graanul Invest. He thus succeeds company founder and previous CEO Raul Kirjanen. Dottino was most recently CEO of US pulp producer Cosmo Specialty Fibers. Since October 2021, Graanul Invest has been 80% owned by a fund managed by Apollo Global Management. Graanul Invest’s pellet business comprises twelve pellet plants with an annual capacity of around 2.7m t.
