The prefabricated-house manufacturer Danwood, belonging to GS Engineering & Construction, will be investing in expansion on the Bialystok industrial estate. The board of the special economic zone Suwalskie Specjalnej Strefy Ekonomicznej approved the financial support for the investment project planned by Danwood on 15 February.
Danwood wants to invest roughly PLN70m (roughly equivalent to €15.6m) in Bialystok, part of which is earmarked for a new production hall and warehouse as well as office buildings. The new works will not only produce wall elements but also complete living modules.
