Siempelkamp forges Indian partnership

Siempelkamp signed a partnership agreement with AFK Kumar Group on 8 July. Both firms have explored opportunities for joint projects on the Indian market since the spring. After putting pen to paper, a feasibility study will now be launched for the first project of its kind. In the press release issued on 13 July, Siempelkamp does not provide additional information about the exact nature of this project, simply mentioning that it involves green products and establishing “resource-saving production processes.” Siempelkamp does not offer any further details about the AFK Kumar Group, either.

According to the official commercial register, AFK Kumar Holding and AFK Kumar Real Estate were both founded in Frankfurt just a few months ago. Managing directors Oliver Kaiser and Nikolaos Tonidis, who signed the cooperation agreement together with Samiron Mondal and Ulrich Kaiser (CEO and Head of Technical Sales of Siempelkamp respectively), come from other sectors.
