As provisional insolvency administrator for German Nordbayerische Holzindustrie, the lawyer Dean Didovic from the law firm Schwartz Rechtsanwälte has commissioned Krych & Schwarz to search for an investor. The aim is to find an investor for either an overall company comprising a veneer plant and a hardwood sawmill or at least for partial sectors. For that reason, Krych & Schwarz also cites the possibility of a partial takeover of the current work force of 63 and the real estate. Interested parties can inspect not only the veneer plant, which is equipped with two slicing machines from the company Bacock-BSH GmbH, Bad Hersfeld, but also the sawmill, which boasts a log bandsaw, under operating conditions up to the end of May.
