Coveright Surfaces Germany has been renamed Surfactor Germany with effect from 1 Januar 2012. The company could have retained the name of Coveright until 2014 but preferred to distinguish itself from the former affiliated works still trading under the name of Coveright in Spain, USA/Canada, and Brazil. Coveright Surfaces Germany was sold at the end of May 2011 to Kajo Neukirchen.
