Coveright Surfaces sold its North American operations to the North American chemicals company Arclin. The transaction, which was conducted as a share deal, includes all of Coveright‘s North American companies. The negotiations between Coveright and Arclin were only started in May this year. The deal was completed with the signing of the contract of sale on 17 July; the purchase price was not divulged.
