Stora Enso agrees new line of credit for 600m €

Stora Enso recently agreed a new revolving credit facility with a consortium of a total of 13 European banks. According to the company, the agreement applies until January 2023 and serves to refinance an existing line of credit for 700m € and as a backup for general corporate purposes.

BNP Paribas, Citi, and SEB act as coordinators, bookrunners, and mandated lead arrangers. Other arrangers are Barclays Bank, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Deutsche Bank, DBS Bank (London branch), DNB Bank, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Securities, National Westminster Bank, Nordea Bank, and OP.
