Insolvent Reef Hout re-opened as Regge Hout

The insolvency administrator J.T. Stekelenburg, reports that a continuation solution had already been found on 5 October for the Dutch timber importing and trading company Reef Hout, which had been insolvent since 27 September 2012. The company was re-opened on the same date as Regge Hout. According to Dutch media reports, the new majority shareholder is the private equity company Wadinko. The former Reef owner and CEO Frans van Rooijen and the Dutch Rabobank each have a minority shareholding.
