Deutsche Messe has cancelled the Domotex flooring fair in Hanover, Germany owing to longer-lasting restrictions caused by the coronavirus crisis. This event was pushed back from its original timing on 15 to 18 January to 18 to 20 May in September 2020. By way of replacement, the trade fair organiser plans to hold a Domotex Digital Day on 20 May, according to a press release issued on 5 January. This digital event will delve into current issues in the flooring industry. The next in-person Domotex fair in Hanover is scheduled for its regular slot from 13 to 16 January 2022. The fair should take the form as a hybrid event, as had already been envisaged for the May dates.
