In 2016, German Häcker Küchen showed year-on-year turnover growth of 9.9% to €512m, thereby exceeding the annual-turnover mark of €500m euros for the first time. Export revenues, with a plus of 16.3% to more than €200m, saw more than twice as much growth as domestic business, which was up by 6.7%. The export quota, which had been cited as 38% in both 2014 and 2015, thereby rose to 39.5%. In 2015, Häcker had shown even higher growth in turn-over.
From €406m turnover generated in 2014, revenues improved by 15% in 2015 to €466m. The number of kitchens produced in 2015 had increased at an even greater rate year on year, by 17% to 183,000. Häcker Küchen has so far not quantified kitchen production for 2016. Production of cupboards was quoted at more than 1.9m units, representing year-on-year growth of 6%.
