The EU Directorate-General for Competition has now set a decision date again as part of its review of the complete takeover of Pfleiderer Polska Sp.zo.o., based in Grajewo, Poland, by Kronospan Holdings plc, headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus. This review has been under way since mid-February 2022.
