IFN-Holding surpassed revenue forecast for 2019

26.06.2020 −

IFN-Holding, a window, house doors, façade and sun protection system specialist raised its revenues by 12% to €612m in the 2019 financial year. The group booked a 7% organic growth in revenues. The other 5% is essentially connected to the Finnish window and door manufacturer Skaala which it acquired in May 2018 and fully consolidated for the first time in 2019. The group thus exceeded its revenue forecast after projecting a 5% organic growth rate and a 10% increase in total revenues to about €600m last spring.

Around two-thirds of IFN’s revenues were generated in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Austria accounted for about 40 %, Germany for some 18 % and Switzerland for approximately 9 %. The takeover of Skaala boosted Finland’s share of revenues to roughly 6.5%. Other key markets include Italy with 5.8 %, Denmark with 5.2 % and the UK with 3.8 %.

IFN’s CFO Johann Habring put investments in the reporting period at about €29m, down from the original budget of €37m. Investments of €42.5m are slated for this year, although this is still partly subject to reservations because of the coronavirus crisis. ?
