Steves & Sons plans to build a new interior door plant in Brigham City in the federal state of Utah. According to the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity, the investment volume amounts to around US$20m. The planned factory area is indicated at approximately 15,000 m². Commissioning is scheduled for this year. In the medium term, around 200 people are to be employed at the new site.
At present, Steves & Sons has production facilities in San Antonio (interior and external doors), Lebanon, Tennessee (interior doors) and Richmond, Virgina (interior doors). The company currently employs a total of 1,300 persons.
