I have a question about my subscription

When you have logged in to our website, your name appears at the top left-hand side after the greeting for the appropriate time of day.

1. How much does a subscription cost?

The latest information about our subscriptions is available on our website, see “Shop”.
In the case of multiple licences, the price is governed by the number of ordered licences. Please call +49 (0)7224 9397 700 for more details on this or send us an email.
Trial access is free of charge, for non-subscribers too.

2. How can I pay?

Subscriptions are payable in advance.
You have the option of paying by invoice or credit card. Simply state your preferred method of payment during the ordering process.

3. Where can I view my subscriptions?

By clicking on "MY EUWID", you can get an overview of your subscriptions and can see when they expire.

4. How can I cancel my subscription?

The cancellation must be sent to us in writing. Please send the cancellation to:
EUWID Europäischer Wirtschaftsdienst GmbH, Postfach 1332, 76586 Gernsbach, Germany, or by email to: abo@euwid.de.
We will then send you written confirmation.

The annual subscription is automatically renewed unless we receive written cancellation at least eight weeks before the subscription period expires. A trial subscription is automatically converted into an annual subscription unless we receive written cancellation at least two weeks before the trial subscription period expires.

5. My address has changed


If your contact information is no longer up to date, please let us know. After logging in, click on "MY EUWID",  then scroll down to the Personal data header and click "Change user data" to reach the address form. You can use this form to send us your new address, e-mail address or telephone number. Your changes will be processed by our subscription department within one business day.
