Rolpin takes over Cepam

On 14 February the French maritime pine plywood producer Rolpin has taken over Cepam, a producer of wall panels, mouldings and kitchen worktops that has been insolvent since December 2011. Rolpin puts the purchase price for the production machinery, stocks and planned investments for necessary repair measures at around €1.4m. Production at Rolpin Cepam is to recommence with initially 15 employees within the next two months and should be stepped up as fast as possible.
