Klöckner Pentaplast: S&P warns against breaking covenant

According to information from the rating agency Standard & Poor’s, the foil manufacturer Klöckner Pentaplast could infringe the covenants imposed by its lenders by the end of 2011. Reuters Loan Pricing Corporation also reports that the concern’s creditors are preparing for a possible restructuring of debts following a bank meeting on 14 November.
