Swedish Söderhamn Eriksson is to shut down its Mariannelund site. As notified on 4 April by the subsidiary of US Natural Resources (USNR) business operations will be merged in future at the company’s headquarters in Söderhamn and at the plant in Västerås(Sweden). Existing operations in Mariannelund in the fields of design, development and production are to be transferred to Söderhamn. The company has not specified a definitive schedule for the shutdown and transfer.
