Next Carrefour du Bois fair already fully booked

Two months prior to its opening, the next Carrefour du Bois trade fair, which will be held from 6 to 8 June 2012 in Nantes is already fully booked. According to the organiser Atlanbois 525 companies from 26 countries will be exhibiting their products and services on an area of 17,000 m². The last staging of the event in June 2010 had seen 500 exhibitors occupying space of 15,000 m². As in previous years, exhibit-ing companies have a maximum of 36 m² of stand space at their disposal. 21% of exhibitors will be sawmills. The proportion of manufacturers of wood-construction products will be 27%, while Atlanbois quotes the proportion taken up by other sectors as follows: timber trade (17%), service providers (11%), wood-based panels manufacturers (9%), associations and press (8%) and parquet manufacturers (7%).
