Snaidero currently negotiating sale of FBD shares

The Italian kitchen furniture group Snaidero is currently in the process of negotiating the sale of its 70% majority share in the Franchise Business Division Group, which also owns the franchise chains Ixina, Cuisines Plus and Cuisines Références. The sales process is being supported by the commercial bank BNP Paribas, which also issued the sales prospectus. It is expected that negotiations will be concluded within the course of this year, possible even at quite short notice.
