Finsa shuts down production of furniture components at Ecar

Finsa intends to shut down production of furniture components at Aglomerados Ecar by March 2012 and thereby give up the location completely. The company previously also announced disinvestments in the wood-based panles sector. Finsa took over Ecar in May 2005, at which time production was aligned to raw and melamine-faced particleboard.
