Jeld-Wen plans takeover of Craftmaster

In the third quarter of 2012 Jeld-Wen Holding is expected to take over Craftmaster Manufacturing. Both companies already reached agreement on the transaction in mid-June and recorded this in a letter of intent. Due diligence investigations are currently underway and as soon as they have been completed the final contract is to be signed.
